At Atriox 3D, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, custom laser-cut and 3D-printed products. As each order is made specifically for you, we kindly ask that you allow a little extra time for processing and shipping. Please find our detailed shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made, which means we need some time to prepare your items.
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase.
- During busy periods processing times may be longer.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: up to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Please note, shipping to regional and remote areas may take longer.

Express Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping is available for faster delivery to most locations. Regional areas may experience slight delays.
Peak periods may experience longer shipping times that are out of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery option chosen and the destination.
Delivery to Regional Areas
Please note that shipping times may be extended for regional or remote locations. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your custom products delivered to you as quickly as possible.
