General

We specialise in custom laser cutting and 3D printing services. Whether you need precision-crafted laser cut designs or high quality 3D-printed objects, we can bring your ideas to life.

We can laser cut a variety of materials, including:

  • Acrylic
  • Wood (e.g., plywood, MDF)

We do not cut metals (engrave Only) or PVC due to safety and equipment constraints. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to contact us to confirm its compatibility.

We use Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and SLA Resin 3D printing technologies. This allows us to cater to a wide range of projects, from functional prototypes to highly detailed models.

For laser cutting, we prefer vector files in formats such as:

  • SVG
  • DXF
  • AI

For 3D printing, we accept:

  • STL
  • OBJ
  • STEP
  • 3mf

If your file is in a different format, let us know, and we’ll try to assist.

Yes, colour variations can occur due to differences in material batches, lighting conditions during photography, and display settings on screens. While we strive to ensure product images are as accurate as possible, slight discrepancies may occur. If precise colour matching is critical for your project, please contact us for assistance.

Absolutely! If you need help preparing your files for production or require a custom design, our team is happy to assist. Additional fees may apply based on the complexity of the work.

Shipping & Processing

Yes, we ship orders Australia wide via AusPost and currently do not ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on location and order size.

Our processing times are generally 1-3 business days for projects using in-stock materials. However, if we need to order materials to complete your project, additional time may be required. We will notify you promptly if this applies to your order.

Orders after processed are generally shipped the next business day. After an order is shipped it generally takes 3-7 business days with standard shipping and 1-3 days with express shipping. These times are for metro areas only and there may be delays for rural areas. There may be delays with shipping in busy times such as Christmas. This is out of our control and we hold no responsibility for late orders.

Refunds

Since our Laser cut products are custom-made, we typically do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product or if there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact Atriox within 24 hours upon receiving the product and we will work with you to resolve it.

We accept returns for 3D printed items under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference.

Custom-designed or personalised 3D printed items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in manufacturing. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
